OSCEFlow started where we once stood: outside a closed door, heart racing, two minutes on the clock, knowing the medicine but not knowing where to begin.

Our founders are medical graduates and software architects based in Edmonton, Alberta. The doctors among us sat the exam ourselves and learned the art the hard way, case after case, until the structure of a clinical encounter became second nature. Somewhere along the way we understood what every calm candidate eventually does: the exam was never really testing the knowledge. It was testing the format, the unfamiliar shape of the encounter and the quiet panic of a blank first move.

The candidates who walk in calm are not the ones who know more. They are the ones who run the same structure on every case: history, red flags, examination, then management, in the same order, every single time. So we built it ourselves: the doctors brought the clinical judgment, the software architects brought the craft, and together we gave every common presentation a single, clean, repeatable shape.

The result is OSCEFlow, a library where every case looks the same, so the method becomes muscle memory and the exam room feels familiar long before you step inside it. We are building it from Edmonton, for anyone who has ever frozen in front of a closed door. What we learned, we want to share.
