OsceFlow Inc. (“OSCEFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the OSCEFlow website at osceflow.net (the “Site”) and the OSCEFlow clinical-presentation study platform (the “Service”). • Information you provide directly - when you join the early-access waitlist, contact us, or create an account on the Service. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry.
• Study activity (Service users only) - when you use the Service with an account, we store the study data you generate, such as which presentations you have reviewed or mastered, your progress, and any personal notes you attach to cases.
• Download records (Service users only) - PDF exports are personally watermarked, and we keep a log of which member exported which content and when, to protect our copyrighted material.
• Automatically collected information - when you visit the Site, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and other diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send launch updates, sample cases, and early-access information you signed up for.
• Deliver, operate, and improve the OSCEFlow platform.
• Track your study progress so the Service works as intended.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
• Analyze Site usage to improve content and performance.
• Protect our content, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We currently use only essential cookies, those required to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Waitlist and form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Account and study data are retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request.

OSCEFlow serves medical students and graduates internationally. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own, including Canada and the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and Service are intended for medical students, graduates, and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
